Like most trannies they are attention whores.

They crave and desire people to give them attention so badly they will do anything. And since they have nothing of value they have to resort to crazy antics in desperate attempts to be noticed.

This guy doesn't even try and be a woman. He wears enough to get noticed so he can very easily be identified as a man and then does and says things to upset people so they will confront him.

He wants to be confronted, he does everything he can to be confronted.
