They'd love to see an "annual ownership tax" of like $1000 per gun per year for private citizen gun ownership. That is still yet to be determined. Just when you count O'Malley out, he's winning. Believe me, I know, I've been watching it happen for years. His re-election bid was supposed to be impossible. In any event I'm pretty sure that O'Malley never intended to be the nominee. But he's a hands-on favorite to be the running mate, regardless of whether the nomination goes to Clinton or Sanders.
