This is why if I am Trump I am in NO rush to make any deals with any nation.

Let them experience the tariffs for a year and then see how much more willing they are to go to alter their stances, especially on the non-tariff barriers.

The heat national leaders in Europe will feel from their big companies will dwarf any heat Trump feels, and, Trump is tougher than any leader in Europe so he is accustomed to dealing with the pressure and attacks, hell he thrives under it, like a star athlete in a big game.

The social globalism which some pushed blindly and without brakes has reached it's point of sheer harm against Western nations, their economy, liberty for citizens and even national self determination. Thus, it must be rewound.
