It's gotta be by capita for comparison.

You could have 10 black guys and 1 commits a crime (10%). You could have 30 white guys and 2 commits a crime (6.66%). So when someone argues a position, they choose the number that suits their argument. They could say 2 is 100% more than one, and that 2 is greater than 1 etc..

But statistics level the playing field by using per capita. So by all means pick a metric that supports your position, but everyone else uses per capita.

Knife deaths in the UK are 0.06 per 100,000 population and 0.8 per 100,000 in the US. So as folk scream, "Look at the knife crime in the UK because you don't have guns", I show them the link on knife deaths per capita and the idiots shut up.

No it doesn't. Because if the populations were the same most of the factors that cause crime in black communites are gone. Stats do not have to use per capita and per capita is only used in this forum when it benefits whites.

In the argument about crime only 2 percent of the people in America are criminal offenders. So the only real accurate measure is to compare the number of people actually committing crimes. The numbers are available.

Out of the entire U.S. population, the population of citizens who are criminal offenders is just over 2 percent. Those are the people to be concerned about when it comes to crime. That is how you get an accurate assessment of crime by race, sex or ethnicity. Whites are supporting a convicted criminal for president; and he is not the first white criminal who has been president, that's something blacks have not done or will do, yet we have to hear and read nonsense from whites about black culture, crime and how we celebrate crime.

Because when you look t per capita you find that 98 percent of whites arenon criminalls and 95 percent of blacks are not criminals. This alone erases the white racist myth of dramatically high crime in black communities. You don't get to make excuses because there are more of you. The fact that there are more whites means the threat of a crime being committed by a white person is far higher than any other group. If you have 70 apples and 13 oranges in a barrel, the chances are more likely that you will grab an apple than you will an orange.
