Moody said: “We rely on the federal government to assist our local and state law enforcement and remove those that are lurking in our communities that are sexual predators and that are preying on our most vulnerable.”​

How does the law or law enforcement target sex offenders "illegally" ?? I thought if a person is a sex offender, then that was something that they did that was illegal, otherwise to have committed an act of sex that is illegal with the potential to act out again, where as a targeted investigation takes place if it is warranted ??

Now if a person has served their sentence, and yet they are targeted for investigation for a reason of new suspicions, then that is somehow a problem in the eyes of the Biden administration ???
