Interesting that Jordan Neely's medical examiner was so quick to release the autopsy report without a toxicology report. Are we seeing a repeat of how George Floyd's results were released and then later we found that he had a drug store in his system at the time of his death? Is it relevant in Neely's case? Yes, since Daniel Penny is being charged with murder. If you are going to try the case in the public domain, then put all the information out.

Still trying to beat up on the murdered guy.

How many people did Neely hurt before he was taken down and choked to death?

It's NYC, what, did you expect even-handiness?
Apparently, he's going to have LOTS of witnesses and video proving he reacted to an obvious dangerous threat. If he's convicted in that city, then that city needs to be written off as hopelessly, irredeemably corrupt.

Definitely all of the facts need to be presented. It's a public interest issue now. I still believe it would be quite secondary to the choking event itself. You think this is bad? My wife has had TWO back-to- back Pretrial meetings and they are in complete secrecy, not even a court reporter is in the room. You want to take about an Eastern Bloc "justice system"? Imagine what this has done to my emotions?

The eyewitness has a 4 minute video. Next you AH's will deny it. You should know that's why Penney was charged after the DA saw it.
