She wants to bring Prices down by giving out taxpayer/ government money in government programs. She just takes a meandering path to say almost nothing.

The reality is every time in the past the government gives out money, we see the price of things go way up. Health Care and College tuitions are examples. A plan to ease the burden on truck drivers, finding a way to get cheaper fuel for everyone..... building more oil refineries could do that, dropping the cost of gasoline substantially. Ecouraging new home construction would be another.
