In the UK: Kitchen knives could be seized from homes under crackdown on dangerous weapons:

When 2A advocates state that banning ARs will not stop "Banning", here is a pretty good example of how far gov't will go in order to "protect".
Ladies and gentlemen. The world has and will always have evil people that will for whatever purpose, find methods to harm others. We can't possibly plan and protect for every possible scenario. When those plans to protect then extend beyond reason and infringe on freedoms and rights, the gov't has a problem.

The population of the UK has been pacified - and in such a way they see it as a good thing, if they see it at all.

Kudos to those responsible for such a monumental feat - well played.

when it is time to be loaded into box cars....the British will do so in a very orderly manner....

Americans have to understand that the United States is the only country in the world that specifically guarantees certain rights in the 1st Ten Amendments to the Constitution aka the Bill of Rights. Don't go outside the U.S. and expect to be protected from unreasonable search and seizure and confiscation of your property.

Once again, the British remind us why it is that we Americans kicked them out of our country almost two and a half centuries ago.

Where is Tainted Tommy, now, when we need a proper British target at which to direct the relevant mockery?
