Nice try. Contempt of congress says that he has to answer their questions. He can take the fifth if he chooses, but it will lead to deeper investigations and who knows what, so you can relax momentarily.

When US Marshals are delivering a subpoena, it is a major manhunt. Usually a process server is all that is required.
