Offenders on bail who are likely to be jailed should have sentencing hearings delayed, courts of appeal judge reported to have said

Labours lawless society. Not only they're letting 20,000 out, they decided to stop jailing criminals.

The last time Labour were in, they put the prison population up to 80,000, the Tories brought it down by 5,000. So capacity can't be the issue. So Blair messed up the prison capacity without building new prisons, Tory policies and education brought crime down, now Two-Tier Kier is now playing the public with criminals. Dreadful, absolutely dreadful.
