President Kagame is seeking reelection as the leader of this tremendous nation which he has overseen the turnaround of.

Heard nothing from Sleepy Joe about USA-Rwanda relations or whether America is behind this great man?

Is Biden even capable of doing more than one thing at a time? Foreign relations is supposed to be Biden's forte, no?

Did I somehow miss Trump's visit to Rwanda?

I'd put the likelihood of any of those Ugandan elections actually being open, free, and fair at no more than 2%.

Focus, we are talking about the Tremendous Nation of Rwanda, not the fabulous country of Uganda.

But, for the record, the governments in both of those great nations are more responsive to their people than many in the USA.

That's my inattention. If I could edit my post now, I'd do it.
