Saw this again last week and it was brilliant. I cant fault it in any way. When people moan that they dont make great "talkie" movies like "12 Angry Men" anymore you should point them to this. Great actors working through a great script. No car chases or lasers involved at all.

The story is about a big bank that discovers it is at risk because of its over investment in rubbish assets. It then follows its efforts to protect its rich owners from the consequences of their greed. Basically by screwing everyone else.

Capitalism takes a beating but nobody is punished for wrongdoing. Maybe that will be in a sequel? Only joking !! Watch this its amazing.

No. Worth laying out a few quid though.

It is decent, you will have to work to suspend reality as the movie is quite pretentious.
The characters are more like caricatures. And what happens in the movie never happens in real life.
There is no investment firm in the world where everyone gets up at 2am to sit and listen to a junior member's opinion that everything they are doing is wrong... LOL.
Other than that, it is decent mind candy.
