Olga Lugo Jiminez, 52, of Hyattsville, Maryland, was driving a van for an unlicensed school drop-off service when she hit the two children and one of their parents, according to court filings . Multiple eyewitnesses on the scene told investigators that the kids and Franklin Sosa were in the crosswalk when the collision occurred. Jiminez remained on the scene, where she was interviewed by law enforcement officers. “I have knowledge that there were two deaths, and also I stopped,” Jiminez said in court through an interpreter.
