This is surely a bad joke, it will not pass Constitutional muster. All complaints about elections must be referred to the state AG. Recounts may only take place when there is an "imbalance between the ballots collected and ballots issued,”

That means if the ballot images give one candidate more votes than the tabulator totals, there can be no recount so that "the winner can take office without unnecessary interference.” In other words, steal the election without interference.

Challenging election results is a part of Free Speech. This law should be challenged and struck down immediately.

Michigan Passes Laws Restricting Election Recounts for Fraud Allegations and Wide-Margin Victories

"Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) signed bills into law on Monday that will prohibit election recounts conducted due to allegations of fraud and for counts that would not impact election results.

Whitmer said in a statement that this supports “fair and free elections that make sure the winner can take office without unnecessary interference.”

Senate Bill 603 includes numerous provisions regulating election recounts. Notably, the law states a recount is not an “investigation or an audit of the conduct of an election,” and it “does not assess the qualifications of electors participating in an election or the manner in which ballots are applied for or issued to electors.”

Also, the legislation will not allow an election board to investigate allegations of fraud; instead, they must refer the matter to the prosecuting attorney of the county or the state attorney general.

Candidate or ballot question committees — organizations that put issues on the ballot for people to vote on — can only submit petitions for recounts “for precincts that have an imbalance between the ballots collected and ballots issued,” according to a statement about the legislation." [/]

We see what happens when women have power, they go full Marxist. As will Harris if she is elected.

Good. Most states and municipalities only have recounts and audits triggered when the margin between candidates is extremely small. And when there are clear allegations that something might cause the results to shift enough to affect the outcome of the election. You don't get to challenge results based on "feelz". Your right to free speech...doesn't cover that. :)

For example, in 2020, Antrim County, MI is where the whole "FRAUD!!!" bullshit began. A clerical error. Made by a human caused Biden to get 6K votes meant for Trump. The error was quickly corrected, but the damage was done. Trump and the rest of Alt-Right Nation used this fuck up (that was fixed) to spread the manure of massive fraud across the US.

It’s a common sense law. You can’t request a recount just because you want one. That’s wasteful and unnecessary.
