Mods: What are the "thread creation standards" that recent deleted threads fail to meet?

Several threads recently deleted for this vague reason. Mods please define what these "thread creation standards are". I attempted to PM a mod but got no response.

The rules for starting threads have been listed for over a couple years now. Refer to the post above mine.
