The Africans will change once there is a common will for change and once they use their own natural resources for themselves .

There is a new generation of Africans who received their education abroad and the power and strength they find from these experiences will eventually be used to rid them of their masters .
You watched it happen in Africa and India .
Now they understandably have a new set of masters -- Russian , Chinese and American . But already the Americans are going the way that the Brits , French , German , Spanish an Dutch etc did
Then in time the Russians and Chinese will be rejected and Africans will stand as their own masters .
