Michael Franke was the head of Oregon's Department of Corrections in 1988. The day before he was to go before the state legislature to expose corruption in the Department of Corrections, he was murdered. The person the state of Oregon convicted of murdering Franke was a small time meth dealer by the name of Frank Gable. He was convicted with no evidence. Kevin Franke, Mike's younger brother, believes the state of Oregon made Gable the scapegoat. Kevin has spent 30 years trying to get justice for his brother's death.

Well put together it is 12 episodes long and is produced by IHeartRadio.

Seems there was no corruption in the Department of Corrections after all! They carried out the perfect execution, er, ah, correction.

I doubt he's the first, won't be the last- not condoning, just saying- JFK was murdered and it's still a mystery- 3000 people were murdered in a mass murder episode and guns are blamed for mass murder- and people scoff at the deep state- the Wizards of Oz are alive and well-
