FAISALABAD: A 14-year-old Christian girl in Faisalabad was reportedly abducted and gang-raped by Muslim men for not reciting Kalima. The news caused outrage on social media with users demanding severe punishment of the culprits.

According to viral reports on social media, a 14-year-old Christian girl, identified as Sunita Masih, was abducted and gang-raped by Muslim men in Malkhanwala area of Faisalabad. The suspects also tortured the victim to recite the Kalima.

When the victim refused, the suspects reportedly shaved her head. The incidence of sexual abuse and forced conversion of teenage Christian girls is on the rise in Pakistan.

Social media users have strongly condemned the rape and inhumane treatment of teenager Sunita Masih and demanded immediate action from the government against the accused.
