Apparently a judge unfamiliar with the 1st Amendment has declared use of that satirical phrase to be illegal.

Now that the bench is mostly populated by Democrat adherents instead of judges you can expect a lot of that.

Satire, unless directed at people/organizations without Democrat Party connections MUST perish. If the courts alone can't do it then they have backup on call at the IRS.

Pretty sure the SCOTUS would overturn this obvious miscarriage of justice.

I'm guessing the judge knows it'd get overturned on appeal too, but he's hoping the guy won't follow through. IMO that just makes him an even bigger douche though.

Next they'll be calling for the death penalty for insulting colored people. Obama could sign an EO.
