Like I said, it's Israeli law.

I wouldn't support a law like that here, because the only terrorism we are faced with is jihad and if such people cheered in the streets here the negative reaction would get them attention and consequences they would not like. Nobody obligates or forces any individual in doing something against their free will. The idea is not funding states organization which go against the state.
