The recent attitude from Mrs. Nancy Pelosi is to hold the impeachment indictment by the House of Representatives until the Senate set rules for handling the impeachment case.

She has been asked to present the documents but she refuses until her demands are fulfilled.

It is already a fact that she has found a way to use the political moment in favor of Democrats, just by holding the indictment as long as she wants.

Besides this attitude of Mrs. Pelosi, several "experts" have said that in this case "there are no rules" which might not obligate her to present the papers at demand of the Senate.

Then, the fast solution is to have the Senate first time in the morning in the next meeting, to "set rules" for impeachment obligating the House of Representatives to give an impeachment case to them between a period of no more than 7 days.

This rule to be voted the same day of their meeting next January, given it to the president the same day afternoon, and signed by the president and be enforced the very next day after signature.

One of two, or Mrs. Nancy Pelosi give the impeachment case right away or forget about it because the new rule is enforced.

Doing this way, whoever is in control of an impeachment case won't play politics by holding a case in order to obtain privileges or an unacceptable control of the impeachment procedure.

Better a fast new rule than "no rules" as claimed by many. The Senate rules do not need a House of Representatives approval.

This is a country of laws, then it is necessary to make laws about impeachment to make it proceed as it should be.

I think it depends on how the polling goes for the Dems, are they taking it in the shorts by the voters in key states for withholding the Articles? If so, they'll send the Impeachment Articles over to the Senate fairly quickly, after threatening to impeach Trump a 2nd time if anything new comes up. But, if they do not perceive that negative, then they can hold onto those Articles as long as they want to. UNLESS, the Repubs or Trump asks the court to force the Dems to hand over the Articles because Trump's civil rights are being trampled. I doubt the courts will allow that to go too long. OR, the Repubs could ask the Courts if it's okay for them to hold the trial without getting the Articles, give the House an ultimatum - send it over or we'll vote to acquit. I believe the current Senate rules require the Articles to be received first, but they could change their rules with a simple 51-vote majority.

Trump should sue pelosi for every cent she has for denying him his civil rights!

Leave the bitch destitute...just like stormy :)

How does that favor Democrats? They are sitting on their hands when Trump supposedly is risking our national security. They are only proving, once again, the citizen and this country means nothing to them.

You are arrested by mistake and now you want to clean up that record. Even when the record says the case was dismissed, the accusation still exists.

This is the tool used by Pelosi and the fake news to keep propagating that president Trump is guilty.

Just keeping the accusation the longer they can, they keep having several potential voters believing that those charges are valid.

This is a kind of propaganda that works, like the hypothetical case that in your neighborhood someone runs the voice you are gay. Until everything is clear, neighbors will think you are gay.

Remember that democrats are desperate for people being capable see the good made by president Trump, they invaded the media with accusations, like the Russian collusion. The economy reached its best but everybody was concentrated in the Russian collusion.

They are repeating the same tactic today, they are using the impeachment, and the longer is in the news, such is favoring their position.

The Senate must establish a week period for the presentation of an impeachment indictment, the sooner the process is concluded, the better, so no political party might use it for their own advantage.

Rules and laws can be created according to the new development of situations. In the past, the holding of an impeachment process didn't occur, but today it is happening. Then, today is the right time to solve the current situation and also prevent that this holding of process made by Mrs. Nancy Pelosi is not repeated by someone else in the future.
