It is slow to develope , but the Carpathian Mountains vistas are unmatched in Vampire cinema . The Count looks like they dug up Freddy Mercury’s Body and reanimated him into a Creature villain . I’m not completely through it yet about 45 mins left . But trust me if you see it think Freddy Mercury’s corpse in a giant bearskin coat with long fingernails and it will be fleshed out .

I tried watching it. Was bored out of my mind after 30 minutes. Couldn't do it.

I hate "period piece" movies and shows. Although some are good, so its rare I like anything based on a time period.

Love the Skarsgards but in this one? Nah. This Count Orlock was not scarey. The 1922 was better. Overall...not impressed with this new version. Slow, boring, not vampirish enough.

Yep it added a creepy Body of Freddie Mercury dug up & reanimated and playing a bad guy vampire role to it
