Wow, this is sickening. This is more.common in Canada than people realize, the differnce being that in the U.S politicians act swiftly and people lose their jobs, in Canada, they are suspended for years with full pay without working until the courts eventually protect them. If the beating caused his death, charge everyone who assaulted him with murder and take their pensions. Firing is way too good for these assholes.

It seems like they planned to do that to the young man way before he arrived to that facility. They knew he was coming and what he was charged with.

This was their dirty and deadly plan... to keep him handcuffed and ask him to remove his clothes. Then use that as an excuse of non-compliance to beat and flat out murder him.

There is no mention here as to why the cop did it. Maybe the officer was pushed too far?

This fellow I know got into trouble as a cop for beating the crapola out of some criminal and he did it on video. The cop was later exonerated as it was discovered that the criminal had falsely accused the police officer's own mother of prostitution.

The officer may have beaten this criminal beyond the extent of law, but the beating by itself isn't really proof of anything.

BTW, this is what happens when a state government like New York is so concerned about one individual who doesn't even live in the state any more, instead of supervising their own employees.
