DOJ Secretly Files to Have Hillary Server Data Off Limits
Lawyers for a reporter demanding access to email messages and files the FBI has reportedly retrieved from Hillary Clinton's private server are objecting to a secret filing the Justice Department submitted to a federal court last month as part of a bid to keep those messages under wraps.
The DOJ said months ago that nothing they had seen regarding the on-going Clinton investigation is troublesome... That was before the WH declared info found on Hillary's server was / is so classified if released it would do grave damage to our national security. That was also before Obama himself, in an inept attempt to defend Clinton, declared Hillary had been 'negligent' in the handling of classified.
Having declared she had not seen any evidence from the FBI, Lynch declared she saw no reason to hold a grand jury of file charges against Hillary. (Reminds me of how Obama admitted he knew no details regarding the incident in which his college professor buddy was arrested but openly declared the campus police had obviously acted 'stupidly'.) NOW Lynch has been 'busted' quietly / secretively filing a legal petition to have data found on Hillary's sever excluded from use in the case and / or hidden from public awareness / viewing.
The Obama administration, having promised to be the most 'transparent administration 'evuh' however having already having set the record for most ILLEGAL non-compliance with the FOIA has been caught attempting to keep more information from public knowledge in an effort to protect Hillary. This how this whole thing started to begin with - Hillary's attempt to avoid having to comply with the FOIA!
