Minnesota unsession purges more than 1,000 obsolete laws

Initiative repeals 1,175 obsolete laws and implements several reforms aimed at cutting bureaucratic red tape.
Its no longer a crime in Minnesota to carry fruit in an illegally sized container. The states telegraph regulations are gone. And its now legal to drive a car in neutral if you can figure out how to do it.
This truly warms the cockles of my heart. [Ever wonder where that saying came from?]
I don't know what an Unsession is but it certainly seemed to work.
