Lexington PD got busted by the DOJ yesterday. The DOJ found numerous examples of constitutional violations of excessive force and racism withn the department. Here we see another Ferguson without the murder more than 1 decade after the DOJ found constitutional violations by that department.

Police kill over 1000 citizens annually and generally the number of cops who die in the line of dutys is less than 1/5th that number. Even fewer than that get shot.
