Without bothering with the link I highly doubt that's anywhere near accurate -- the DC Revolving Door is a cancer that's not going away. I can think of Michael Taylor (USDA, former Monsanto), Tom Wheeler (FCC, former cable lobbyist and CTIA) and Tim Geithner (Tresury/Wall Street) off the top of my head.
