there was a lot of bias against him for the longest time because his music was metal, but mostly because of his antics or percieved antics I guess? Nevertheless I always thought he should have gotten in long ago, just because of the creativity, wether you hated him or loved him.

I like the way he kept it simple gave simple thanks to the two people he credited for saving his life. Randy Rhodes and his wife Sharon.

Oh ok, my bad. I hadnt even realized that. However in 2006 it was as a member of Black Sabath. SO the band was inducted into the Hall of Fame. This was in 2024 for all his work as a solo artist and in its entirety.

Rock hall of fame is a joke and ripoff, not worth the 20 plus bucks to get in plus they induct NEW ACTS like Jewel into the hall while bands like the Ventures took 60 yrs to get in.
We went there around 15 yrs ago and it was so boring that we went to visit the USS Cod ww2 sub just up the street where you could go through the sub as you like.
