Solar energy is becoming cheaper and expanding throughout the country
From companies such as the Canal to businesses and individuals, they are leaning towards this energy, which has seen its prices drop by 600% in the last decade
.

Seems a good idea for a country that gets as much sunlight as Panama. Even during the rainy season it does not rain all day long, just period of rain like Florida gets. They have basically 12 hours of sunlight year round so there is no drop off during winter months.

It’s still a waste. All the panels have to be replaced after about 15 years. In the power industry that is just way too costly.

If we stopped wasting so many billions of dollars on nonsense like solar and wind, we would be much closer to having real green energy: fusion nuclear reactors.
