On the way to the Dark Tower.
In 2010, the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services inspected PETA's facility in Norfolk.

Key finding:

290 2010 animal custody records were reviewed. 17 or 6% were
recorded as adopted or in foster homes, 273 or 94% were recorded as
euthanized. Of these, 245 or 90% were euthanized within the first 24
hours of custody.

Statewide, the ratio of euthanasia to adoption/transfer was about 50-50.

PETA does not treat animals ethically. Apparently, they just like to kill pets.

I'm not saying you shouldn't donate to them, but investigate before you do.

Do you know why they euthanized them?

Not news. … PETA euthanizes nearly 100% of their “rescued” animals.

Various news shows have been reporting on this for 20 years.
