This is pretty big. It's a gem hidden in a paper about a different topic.

Exchange of mRNA between cells caused a human stem cell to revert to an earlier stage.

Not only that, but the RNA transfer occurred via "tunneling nanotubes" between cells, as distinct from vesicles.
