Portland Rioter Sentenced to 5 Years in Prison For Setting Fire to an Occupied Police Precinct

A man who set fire to an occupied police precinct in Portland, Oregon, during the nationwide riots has been sentenced to five years in prison in a plea deal that will see him avoid a harsher sentence.

Gavaughn Streeter-Hillerich pleaded guilty to first-degree arson before being sentenced.

According to a criminal complaint obtained by The Epoch Times, Streeter-Hillerich was filmed along with five others looking at an overturned dumpster that had been placed against the wall of a beauty supply store in Portland on June 26, 2020. Streeter-Hillerich then lit something inside of a tire that had been placed on top of the dumpster. The lit material blew out of the fire, prompting him to pick it up and put it back in place.

As a person who chose to remain anonymous filmed the scene, Streeter-Hillerich kept lighting additional items as others placed them inside the tire.

At one point, the man pulled down his mask and talked to the growing group of onlookers. The video zoomed in on his face, which was lit by the glow of the fire, which was growing “significantly bigger,” according to court documents.

Streeter-Hillerich was soon seen preventing someone who tried to extinguish the flames.

He was later arrested. During an interview with a detective, he admitted he was at a protest and used a lighter to try to light the fire.

“He said he thought lighting the fire might help get his anger under control and that he was angry about police using tear gas. He said he believed the fire was going to go out because there was no air and that he was surprised when the fire went up the canvas awning. He said it had burned him and showed Det. Hopper a burn on his arm,”

Can you describe this "attack on democracy"? I'm just curious to see how you folks define it. No guns, no arson, no extensive vandalism, and no killing whatever. If THAT really is your standard then what are you demanding from the tens of thousands of rioters, looters and arsonists that went wild last summer? Or are they excused because they didn't do it in DC THIS year? How bout when they did it in DC in November of 2016? You know, right after the Bad Orange Man was elected?

Ok, let’s talk those numbers. Riverside California had helpful folks just like you submit one thousand examples of Fraud. Dead people voting, people who voted twice, and the rest of the thing. A thousand examples.

The DA’s office and the Investigators set to work. They interviewed 700 dead people who voted according to the information provided. They were able to interview the seven hundred dead people because they were actually, alive.

There were 70 people who voted twice. All but one explained it this way. They got the ballot in the mail. They filled it out and sent it back in. A week later they got another ballot in the mail. They assumed that there was a problem with the first ballot. Something they filled out wrong, or a printing error. So they filled out the second ballot and sent it back in.

Out of all of the examples, there was one that was actually intending Fraud. He lied about his age to vote in 2016, and registered under two different names to be able to vote twice. He voted twice again in 2020.

He pled guilty, and was sentenced to one day in jail, and 250 hours of community service.

But what is interesting is that the investigators examined every one of the 1000 claims of fraud, and found exactly one where actual fraud took place.

One percent would be ten incidents out of a thousand. So one tenth of one percent of the claims, was actually fraud.

Those affidavits. Those crack me up. There are tons of theories, and statistical examples, but no actual, proof. You know the sort of thing that you would be demanding if Trump won and Biden’s followers were screaming this nonsense.

In Georgia the search for Fraud is down to microscopic examination of the paper the ballots were printed on. They have found no proof of fraud using any of the other explanations. No evidence. So why should I believe Georgia was stolen?
