Why doesn't he appeal for peace in the innercities? Letting the investigation figure this out and going home to wait for it is what we want.

We should comfort each other and talk with one another in a way that heals, not in a way that wounds. Along with our prayers, that’s what Michael and his family, and our broader American community, deserve.​

How does the President's statement assume the innocence of a dead teen, simply by saying "I'm sorry he's dead"? It seems like you're the one assigning blame despite evidence to the contrary. Why?
