President Obama to Rush Limbaugh: STFU!

The libs have successfully turned this into something it's not. Now look what we are talking about some 30 year old women who wants free birth control, although her real job is to change the subject. The question is… Do we want individual liberty?... Or not… Do we want government control over every aspect of our lives?.... Or not, this is what conservatives are fighting for. All this other stuff is just deflection by the libs

I was talking to some Republican women yesterday, and they were pissed about this.

I love the fact that the Republicans are making the election about denying contraception coverage to women.

Incredible misstep on their part.

B.S. Absolute B.S. We have 40,000,000+ unemployed, $16,000,000,000,000 debt and rising, massive deficits, housing market off 40%, 1/6 of Americans on public assistance, inflation, $4+ gas, declining US $, and the Dems are trying to shift the focus to free rubbers....

Yeah, run on that.

GDP has been growing since 2009.
The stock market has doubled since 2009.
Americans net worth is up $9 trillion dollars since 2009.
3.7 million private sector jobs have been created since 2009.
Auto sales are up.
Retail sales are up.
Home sales are up.
Unemployment is down.
GM was saved, and is now the number one automaker in the world.
Obama has done a good job.

1.5% GDP cannot sustain the US economy... the SM is still below 2004 levels, 40,000,000 are still unemployed, the housing market is off 40%, GM was NOT saved, the hemorrhaging was pushed back as their unfunded pension liabilities were NOT addressed... Yeah, go Obama.

You're so purposefully ignorant.

Yep and sponsors are free to drop their support of him as well.

He has bilked his timid little Republican followers out of so much money over the years, he really doesn't care at this point. He and Sarah Palin will just travel the country together bilking millions more.

These two have made careers out of speaking for those who are incapable of speaking for themselves.

oh brother.
He makes more money off you lefties...Just look how many threads have been posted in the last couple of days...
suckers

Good for Rush, he is hurting his party more than anything. As I said, he has all the money he will ever need and he can take his show on the road. Unless he can't get his fat ass out of that humongous chair he had customized so he would fit.

Also there would be a problem on the bus, there isn't a whole lot of space for him to use the facilities or move around.

Forget my idea about him going on the road with Palin.

Now he has three supporters.

He's a one termer.

And your thread title is a lie.

This is a winner for President Obama and, of course, Rush Limbaugh has been exposed as the pig that he is... again.

It's no wonder Obama has been singing so much lately. He's got something to sing about. He knows who votes in this country; his campaign donation list from 2008 is specific about demographics and gender. He's laughing his ass off at the GOP, Santorum and now Rush for sticking their tiny dicks in a hornet's nest called WOMEN VOTERS, i.e. the largest voting block in the country. LOL!!!!

We know. Women simply adore Obama. Especially the Catholic ones.

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

98% of Catholic women use contraception.

And another example how you can only use word association to post. It's to bad you missed the mark by a mile (again) on this one.

A lot of catholic women don't believe in abortion or that is a right. Try serving that one up in a way that will get them to vote for our current moron in chief.

It's funny that he uses that poll because 100 percent in that poll who were contacted had sex. Out of that sample, based on the answers given by the women, answers were interpolated to be 98 percent. This is not scientific methodology.

A bit touchy are we ?

Keep talking Rush, please, keep talking....

Limbaugh’s comments come on the heels of an extended back and forth in the Republican presidential race — a debate driven by Santorum — about contraception and women’s rights. Even before Limbaugh made his remarks about Fluke, the amount of discussion on birth control had many senior GOP strategists nervously wringing their hands and wishing privately that the presidential candidates would get back to talking about the economy.

Polling, too, bears out Republicans struggles with women — particularly those who identify themselves as independents. Among that critical voting bloc, just 25 percent had a favorable opinion of former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney in a Washington Post-ABC News poll released earlier this week. Just 30 percent of female independents saw Santorum in a favorable light. By contrast, 53 percent of independent women viewed President Obama favorably.

Any erosion among women is dangerous for Republicans as they look to take back the White House and Senate — and hold onto the House — in November. In the 2008 presidential race, women made up 53 percent of the overall electorate and voted for President Obama by a 13-point margin over Arizona Sen. John McCain. (Men went 49 percent for Obama and 48 percent for McCain.) Four years earlier, then president George W. Bush fought Massachusetts Sen. John Kerry (D) to a virtual draw among women, a key element of his re-election victory.

Even if it is 100%.. that doesn't mean they're like you and want somebody else to pay for it.. that's the real issue here comrade.

You could play for the NBA.

So Obama doesn't want a citizen to exercise their First Amendment right?

And somehow demanding that we, the taxpayer, pay for her sex life is not offensive at all?

Rush's inflamatory rhetoric aside, why exactly shouldnt we be offended that this woman thinks she is entitled to our money so she can engage in reckless behavior?

A big loser for Republicans.....

Nearly two-thirds of Americans favor President Barack Obama's policy requiring birth control coverage for female employees, including clear majorities of Roman Catholic, Protestant evangelical and independent voters, a poll showed on Thursday.

A Kaiser Family Foundation survey of 1,500 adults showed public opinion breaking more strongly according to party affiliation than gender on contraceptives, with 83 percent of Democrats, 62 percent of independents and 42 percent of Republicans favoring the policy.

Sixty-three percent of Americans overall supported it, according to the data.

Adopted earlier this month as part of Obama's 2010 healthcare reform law, the policy requires most employers to provide health insurance coverage for women's contraceptives without co-pays or deductibles.

Obama offered a compromise to religiously affiliated institutions, including Catholic-run hospitals and universities that oppose artificial contraception, by requiring insurers to cover the cost of birth control coverage for their employees.

The rule does not apply to places of worship, including churches, synagogues and mosques.

Nothing is free Chris. You'd realize that if you just acknowledged the truth.

I only hear about Rush in two situations.

1. The left brings him up as a topic.
2. The right is responding to a statement made by the left about Rush.

Yep. Statists want a life free of responsibility.

Then Chris would have to work... all indications are that other than being a Barista, Chris isn't overly ambitious. He makes money the new fashioned way, through transfer payments.

No, just pointing out potential problems with other options for Rush when all of his sponsors dump his ass like they did Glen Beck.
