How does this happen? How much is this going to cost? How much has it cost so far? What could they possibly produce other than a suggestion to the Senate to allow for more seats on the Supreme Court?

Obviously, Uncle Joe Biden could not possibly interview the people named. And what about the people who did not make the cut? How much did they get paid just to interview?

The problem Biden and his Nazi party have is that SCOTUS has already said that they will rule attempts at court packing to be unconstitutional.

In Harvard speech, Breyer speaks out against “court packing” - SCOTUSblog

Roberts is a Bolshevik pig, but he LOVES power, even he won't let the Nazis get away with court packing.

The 82-year-old Breyer contended that public trust in the court rests in the public’s perception that “the court is guided by legal principle, not politics” and would therefore be eroded if the court’s structure were changed in response to concerns about the influence of politics on the Supreme Court.

That is a silly notion. The judiciary is not properly separated from the other branches, because it is dependent on the other branches to graduate its hierarchy; which makes it "political."

The founders did not know how to separate the judiciary because they just did not have the available man-power to set up.

This should not be either a liberal or conservative issue.

It should be an American issue.

Thank goodness the Constitution was changed to limit the President to two terms. Otherwise, you know who would still be in the Oval Office at this very moment!

I have heard the commission will consider term limits. Why should a justice stay on the Court until s/he literally collapses? Surely, 20 years or so would be long enough. (And who knows? Maybe Court term limits might be an impetus for what we really need: term limits for Congress. (Nancy & Chuck, for example, have been there long enough.)
