The primary reason we went into Afghanistan and Iraq was to prevent what Obama is sitting back allowing to happen right now.Obama can do that on his own, and you and your boss (Obama) knows that, Raghead. In his speech, Obama once again asked the Republican Congress to approve an AUMF against ISIS. The ostriches have refused to do so for over a year.
Finally, if Congress believes, as I do, that we are at war with ISIL, it should go ahead and vote to authorize the continued use of military force against these terrorists. For over a year, I have ordered our military to take thousands of airstrikes against ISIL targets. I think it's time for Congress to vote to demonstrate that the American people are united, and committed, to this fight.
He's just trying to make it look like the GOP and clingers are the problem, not radicalized Muslims living here in America.
He has always used politics rather than what's good for the country.
I remember while traveling, seeing evidence of al Qaeda on flights and at sporting events.
All of that ended after the Iraq War started. I never saw that crap going on the whole time we were fighting over there. The money for intelligence was cut off.
Now we're back to an even worse state than we were before 9/11. Worse because all his AG has to say is "You'd better not say anything nasty about Muslims or I'm coming after you".
