Well it obvious the problem is with accountability and the no accountability factor when it concerns the President, VP and who knows whom else. They need to be held accountable. There is no tracking of where these documents go and when should they be return to a safe storage site or destroyed.

Alan clearly states there is a difference between the two but for political reason it is explosive. Still it doesn't matter the right will believe what they always do and the left will believe what they always do.

Clearly the difference is Trump knowingly kept these documents when he was asked to return them. He just had his people remove any documents that was in his possession without giving clear instructions on what needs to stay and what needs to go. It was a nuke strike ( take it all)

With Biden , it looks bad as it appears he just forgot about them. I don't see any premeditation on his part. It looks like he did not want to be bothered with the details.

If they want to resolve this issue , then they should make sure elected officials know the rules. Sit them down and hammer it into their heads. Just because he is the Prez and VP does not mean you can't get real about it. It a job and someone got to do it. If there are no rules. Some one needs to create some rules.
