I have taken to watching lots of travel videos on Youtube during the hours when I'm shut in.

If castles are your thing, there are a score of them in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland), and it would be possible to see at least a dozen spectacular examples in a 14 day driving vacation.
