This is an anti-terrorism diorama inspired by Blood Diamond (Leo DiCaprio) asking the modern question, "Do pirates really exist today?"

GIRLFRIEND: Tay keeps this clown doll called Pennywise, and it's crazy!
So Tay took his girlfriend to the Indian rail-station and introduced her to a shaman who always sat there speaking to travelers about a mysterious mystical 'Rainbow Particle' he believed was a sign of the diffraction of Earth hygiene. Tay told his girlfriend this eccentric shaman talking about this bizarre 'Rainbow Particle' was referring to an immortal place from Indian fables called the City of Yale, where there was simply no terrorism.
GIRLFRIEND: I think Tay's trying to steal the English rubies on our train!
So prior to this train ride in the East, Tay shaved his head and assembled what appeared to be some kind of toy assembled fright-device, a whistleblowing injector pen gripping a quick injection shock for a hapless traveler oblivious about the appearance of terrorists.

Now, the thing was that our protagonist Tay was versed in the aesthetics and designs of actual celebrated model guns and his bizarre toy fright-device was meant to create a funny social distraction on the train ride with his girlfriend, friends! Hell, guns aren't trophies after all.
GIRLFRIEND: Tay's got me showing his pen-injector toy to passengers, while he's busy breaking the train safe open with a laser dart to steal the English rubies.
The New Yorker had labeled Tay as a pure genius, since his heist of the English rubies performed while his model girlfriend kept the guards distracted with her fright-device toy created media splash about modern celebrities linked to new era capitalism piracy involving warlord control over conflict diamonds!
COMPUTER EXECUTIVE: This is the era of toys, so luster is a lure for pollution.
