I'm sure being a beautiful woman had something to do with her arrest. The arrest itself makes no sense and she surely has grounds for a lawsuit, but this also opens her own behavior up to scrutiny, and her character will, once again, likely be attacked.

Who ya gonna tell when the cops are the ones harrassing you? Of course, it is even worse when you are a cop. If that dude is her attorney then I was not particualrly impressed by him and would find better representation.
