Big deal. Blue states on the west coast and NY don't require membership in the bar. LOL. He can still practice law.

Yeah BUT I believe there is still a "must be of good character" clause in the code of ethics and being kicked out of the bar/your credentials revoked might cause one to not meet that requirement.

He's not a very good attorney though, sort of along the lines of having your mother tell you "if they're getting you in trouble, then they're NOT your friends ("very good clients") [if that does quite make sense try reading it while squinting]
