Band is reassured by Abedin that "Personnel has been sending him options."

Judicial Watch President Tom Filton said in a press release that Clinton "hid" the 44 emails on purpose.

Certainly there were protocols involved. Years ago, Bob The Wino was famous for wetting a lot on the beach walk in Venice, CA. Emails from various foundations would likely have been noting that hiring Bob--for employment at Department of State--should not have been considered. Emails happen routinely. References and reference checks, even, happen routinely.

Emails probably now exist about Donald Trump. Even Tweets have been noted. The Republican(?) nominee's remarks do not directly mention a group, "NRA for Hillary Clinton," in the matter of selecting judicial nominees for the Supreme Court. If there is such an organization, then surely rational remarks would have identified it, quoted it, and let everyone know about it.

That was a Trump rally. Screwy things, there, are known to happen! The identification of the apparent organization, did not happen. That is if GOP is on-message about its existence(?). In the alternative, a more prohibited interpretation: Likely better describes the remarks.
