Maher is NO comedian.... not funny in the least.
Rush is just an entertainer... at least I find it entertaining.
Maher says terrible things about women on the right, and its OK.
Rush says something about a woman on the left and its the end of the world!
Obama calls to oplologize to Fluke for what Rush said about her.... and still he takes money from Maher and thinks nothing of what Maher said about Sarah Palin for example.

This isnt about you and what you find funny. Maher is a comedian whether or not you think he's funny. Rush is not a comedian (Why do you ignore this simple point?)

It is hypocritical for the left (including politicians that sit in attendence of "comedians"/media personalities) to insult and demean women that have conservative views or "ignore" the terrible insults and names directed at conservative women in the public eye, yet when a woman that addresses the congress and demands that a college "provide" for her sexual activities when she was well aware of the school policies before she went there (and told people that she was intending on picking a fight with the college), is called a name that was used to describe women with this behavior, "traditionally", the left wants to cry about the cruelty, the malice, the horror. That is hypocricy. You can pretend, you can ignore, but the obvious hypocrisy from the left is turning independents away from liberals in huge numbers.

Rush and Maher have several things in common, and I'd call accepting a million dollars from him and inviting him to speak at your get-togethers as embracing him. If you want to claim that both sides are hypocrits for embracing their guy, then you might be close to having a valid point, but to ignore the hypocrisy of one side and not the other is blatent stupid partisan hackery.
