So I need tips for sleep.

Hello y'all. I had hardly slept a wink in the past two days. My sleep meds are not working. Do y'all have any tips? I need some sleep very badly that I have tremors and sweat when I try to take naps.

1. Call in sick for a few days to heck with your employer.
2. Slap on your shoes and walk/run.
3. Take a hot shower afterwords.
4. Push the water very hard
5. No booze. More water.
6. Read. Stay off a blue screen.
