There is a surprisingly large percentage of people amongst our population who feel as though Luigi is actually a hero and that the CEO of United healthcare received the death sentence that he had coming and wasn't going to get any other way.

This is a tough one.

Is Luigi a justified vigilante?

Is he speaking for the hundreds of thousands of victims of health care oppression and fraud that have suffered under the hand of corporate greed and dishonesty?

Or do we do ourselves a disservice by Pat Lee and tacitly approving of this action if we do not give him the death penalty?

What say you?

Well he is a terrorist. There is that

Is that what you think?
No.... While I can understand how it came to that point because of some of the heinous stuff the insurance companies do to people I don't think we've reached the parallax where we can justify that type of open murder on a city sidewalk.
If that was the case everybody would settle everything that way and there wouldn't be much left of anything. He probably deserves the death penalty.

Its going to be hard keeping anyone with UHC coverage off the jury.
Yeah no shit ... Where are you going to find a collection of jurors that hasn't already been saturated with this news?

As UHC user I have never had a problem with the company. But I had my employers lawyers on top of everything.
It will be difficult to get a jury that isn.t biased in one way or another. When it comes down to it I found most folks even with bias feelings will do what just.

NY doesn’t have the death penalty.

Life in prison. First chance at parole in 40 years.

Reality says he's a cold blooded, pre meditating murderer. But there will always be some bent fucks who see him as a hero. He's not. Fry him.
CEO bragged at the convention about using AI to deny claims and make the company money. The shooter had medical claims denied and blamed him for a relative's death. Anyone who has had claims denied could likely be struck for cause if they admit it during voir dire.
