The Palestinians were NOT ever "defeated in war".
They were prevented from ever having weapons, first by the Ottoman Empire, and they by the British.

The US illegally gave the Zionists all sort of US surplus weapons from WWII, in 1946.
Like a dozen B-17 bombers, around 30 P-51 Mustangs, hundreds of M-4 Sherman tanks, etc.

Goliath was a Philistine, which came from Minoan Greeks who escaped the eruption of the volcano Thera.
The Philistines are considered Arabs since they picked up the local language and immersed themselves in the local population.
The Philistines were in Gaza at least 1000 years before the violent and harmful Hebrew invasion around 1000 BC.
The Philistines had permission to be there from the Canaanites.
