SCOPE Act
House Bill 18, also known as the SCOPE (Securing Children Online Through Parental Empowerment) Act, tightens restrictions for online users under the age of 18. Social media sites will require users to register their age, and minors will be prohibited from making purchases on those sites. Additionally, sites must block and filter harmful material pertaining to suicide, self-harm, bullying, trafficking, and other exploitation, from minors.

Texas will enforce the SCOPE Act through penalties of up to $10,000 per violation.

Texas the little country all it's own. The Holy Bible Belt.

"You will not destroy, pollute, nor inflict any harm on our children."

Consider the children and protect them because everything is not an adult thing.

you are serious. kids can't look up suicide or bullying? you consider this to be free speech??:??:?:?

meanwhile, here in louisiana, kids are reading their new "10 commandments" posters and taking notes.

Good. of course the Democrat faggots will snivel about it being a little harder to pick up little boys online.

it's really accessory to murder to tell kids "go kill yourself" That's a stupid comment many adult bullies make. That can cause kids to commit suicide; drive them low emotionally, mentally, and physiologically.

Not to mention all that profanity is done ONLY to bully others. Social media sites do welcome such bullying that isn't even allowed in restaurants nor on airplanes. Back in the mid 90's social media sites had rules in place against profanity and bullying. Now days anything goes. Things got out of hand.
