Only thing it won't have that olive garden adds is Kale... nasty

I did try that but the spinach gets too mushy

Seriously I'd double up on the meat with that many potatoes. 2 lbs sausage and maybe 1 full lb of bacon at least.

The adding the green stuff at the end where it only cooks for around 8 minutes is a good idea.

I only used about half of them. That's just what I washed to be prepared
