Homan will be present in the schools... At the workplaces.... Probably even at Walmart.
For a sanctuary city to offer any real protection They would have to be in the midst of hundreds of other sanctuary cities border to border.
Additionally once ice has an immigrant in custody there's nothing the city or the state can do about it. I don't forsee local cops pulling their weapons on ICE. Let them make noise....let them lose funding....let them foolishly harbor the people who will diddle their kids, rape their wives and steal their possessions.... You won't have to wait for the politicians... the constituents will deliver the immigrants to ICE on their own.
ICE has a hotline and there's not a thing a mayor, a governor or anyone else can do to prevent it's use.
