Henry 'Hank' Laird Arrested: Teen Allegedly Murdered Mother With Butt Of Shotgun, Oklahoma Police Say

Following a brief manhunt, authorities in Oklahoma arrested a 17-year-old boy accused of beating his mother to death with the butt of a shotgun.

Henry 'Hank' Laird was reportedly "laughing and smiling" when he surrendered to police Wednesday afternoon in south Tulsa, according to KRMG.

Ugh.

Its tempting to think that we're more violent now than "then" but I suspect we just have better communication now.

The good news here is that he didn't kill mom and then go on a rampage at the local school.
